The vast and luminous open plan living space has a well-equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining area which comfortably seats eight. A double aspect fireplace separates the sitting area and the TV corner. Large floor to ceiling windows let in ample sunshine and give access to a south-facing balcony with views over the surrounding mountain range.
Spread over two floors, the bedrooms are located on lower floor. Each one of them has a double bed and an en-suite bath or shower room.
Ideally set in the heart of the resort with convenient access to both the Médran lift station and Place Centrale, all the amenities such as restaurants, bars and shops are just a short stroll away from the Clémenceau 114.
In addition, a communal area with jacuzzi, sauna, solarium and gym is located on the ground floor of the residence and guests are invited to use these facilities free of charge.
