A stunning rooftop apartment situated only a few steps away from the town’s center.
Mondzeu C274 is a delightful four-bedroom duplex ideally positioned in the center of the resort. Ideal for families, it can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
Entirely renovated in 2021 with traditional alpine wood and contemporary touches, Mondzeu C274 provides a wonderful cozy atmosphere, ideal to relax after a long day on the mountain. Attention to details has not been spared and this apartment perfectly combines the characteristics of a mountain chalet with modern design.
The bright open plan living space has a very well-appointed kitchen that overlooks the dining and living area where the dining table easily seats eight people. Comfortable seating and a beautiful fireplace will allow any guest to enjoy their mountain holiday. A large floor to ceiling window allows plenty of sunshine to enter the living area and gives access to a little south-facing balcony with an amazing view over the surround mountain range. A TV / Kids room with one single bed and a shower room with WC are also set on the ground floor.
The master bedroom with its ensuite shower room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds (mountain hut style) and a shower room with WC are located under the roof.
In addition, an indoor swimming pool with fitness area and sauna are located on the ground floor of the residence and guests are invited to use the facilities free of charge.
Located on the fifth floor (last floor) of the Mondzeu building, the duplex occupies a floor area of 125m2 which comprises of:

My only complaint is that communications could have been a little more forthcoming…I had to call and ask for the arrival instructions and ski pass reservations, and we were not told when the cleaning staff were arriving.

The information regarding the intermediate cleaning was specified on the entrance form in the envelop that was given to you. Regarding ski passes, we indeed couldn’t organize them before had as we weren’t aware that you had Epic Passes. In the end, we were still able to order them at the very last minute… We hope to welcome you back in Verbier in the future. |
