Beautiful free-standing chalet for six people, located in the heights of Verbier.
 
Chalet La Cot des Loups is a wonderful two-floor chalet accommodating up to six people in three good-sized bedrooms. Nestled above Verbier, this chalet offers an idyllic setting for families seeking a peaceful mountain getaway. Located at the beginning of the road to Sonalon, it also features a bus stop nearby (available only in winter). The top of Les Esserts can easily be reached by foot.
The chalet’s top floor features inviting living and dining areas bathed in natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the Combins massif and the resort. A stone fireplace and plush seatings create a cozy ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain. Traditional alpine décor and rustic furnishing add to the welcoming atmosphere.
An open mezzanine serves as a TV room and a “kids’ room” with three single beds, accompanied by a shower room to complete the upper floor.
French windows open to a south-facing balcony and terrasse, overlooking a spacious alpine garden.
The ground floor is home to two twin bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and two separate WCs.

The chalet La Cot du Loup is set in a calm neighbourhood, at the beginning of the Route de la Marlène, ensuring unrestricted sunshine and a breathtaking view over the Alpes. Conveniently, a nearby bus stop (200m away, only in winter!) provides easy access to the Carrefour and to Savoleyres. Les Esserts (beginner’s piste in winter and golf course in summer) is nearby. The chalet is easily accessible by car year-round.

• Rental price : CHF 50’000.– + charges
