Three-bedroom apartment recently renovated and very close the centre of Verbier.
This delightful three-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to seven people and is located only a short stroll away from the center of the resort. Arcades A31 has recently been renovated into a stylish and comfortable property and is perfect for a family looking to spend their holidays in Verbier. A fantastic separate kitchen and a pleasant living room with dining area and fireplace complete this accommodation.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. Further are one double bedroom and a bunk room that includes a double bed (140x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). These two rooms share a modern bathroom. In addition, there is a separate shower room with toilet.
The extensive east-facing balcony surrounds the entire apartment and provides plenty of sunshine as well as a beautiful view over the village and the surrounding mountains.
A bus stop located 50m from the building allows easy access to the Médran ski lift.
Situated on the 3rd floor of the building Les Arcades, the apartment Arcades A31 has a living surface of approx. 140m2 comprising:
