La Butte aux Noëls is a nice three-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to six people. The residence is conveniently located just 50m away (staircase) from the Savoleyres lift station and bus stop, making it an ideal base for ski enthusiasts.
Furnishings are simple but comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment’s south-facing balcony is a sun trap, inviting guests to indulge in hours of warmth while soaking up spectacular views across the Alps.
The apartment has a living space of approximately 70m2 which comprises of:
• Entrance Hall
• Living room with dinning corner
• Equipped kitchen
• WIFI access
• One double bedroom
• Two twin bedrooms
• One shower room with toilets

The building Butte aux Noëls is situated in a quiet area, above the town center and just below the Savoleyres lift station. The property can only be reached on foot via stairs as there is no direct access by car to the building.
